IDIKO remercie ses artisans


Un projet pédagogique géré pédagogiquement : Le public cible au coeur de l'équipe

IDIKO peut se targuer d'avoir favorisé la participation étudiante dans la réalisation de ses capsules. En effet, depuis l'amorce du projet, nous avons embauché des étudiants du 1er et 2e cycle pour intervenir au niveau de la recherche de contenu, de la rédaction, du design graphique et de l'animation. Leur implication était d'autant plus importante en raison de leur représentativité avec le public cible. Nous les avons donc systématiquement inclus dans le processus décisionnel touchant les orientations stratégiques du projet.

Des retombées positives et une expérience professionnelle pertinente

Il est déjà possible d'anticiper le bilan positif de ce projet qui a su, malgré ses ressources humaines à temps partiel, maintenir ses valeurs, ses idéaux, son budget et son échéancier.

IDIKO c'est:
  • 35 capsules vidéo vulgarisant des notions fondamentales en infographie;
  • Plus de 130 minutes de production broadcast;
  • 95 % du budget en ressources humaines;
  • Plus de 120 000 $ en salaires étudiants;
  • 28 artisans en design et animation dont 60 % sont des étudiants;
  • Plus de 16 500 heures de travail, dont plus de la moitié en expérience étudiante (51 %);
  • Une production francophone unique dans le domaine;
  • Une ressource publique disponible sur le Web et accessible de partout dans le monde.
